Twice-a-Week Lessons with Winkie-Sensei

Service Description

For 1-on-1 students. This is a special discounted rate for students who take 8 lessons a month. (Or 4 1-hour lessons) This rate is only for students who can use 8 lessons in a month, if you are unable to book 8 lessons, please use the Weekly-Lessons option. Lessons will expire one month from purchase date (or starting date selected when purchased.) There will be no carry-overs for un-used lessons at this rate except for extenuating circumstances. (Please contact us if you are unable to book all 8 lessons due to things like illness, family emergencies, or if Winkie's schedule just does not align with your personal schedule enough to book your lessons.) If you would like to book more than 8 lessons in a month, please contact us, we will work something out off-website. Winkie has a reschedule/cancellation policy of no sooner than 24 hours from your lesson start time. Last-minute cancellations will result in the forfeit of that lesson. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis for emergencies.

Cancellation Policy

Students are responsible for booking and attending booked classes. Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice for lesson changes or cancellations. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the lesson fee. Students are accountable for attending lessons on time, and tardiness may result in loss of lesson time based on teacher availability. In extreme circumstances preventing you from attending your lesson, please do reach out and we will consider refunds for reasonable requests (For example, a power outage)
