Twice-a-Week Lessons

Service Description

This option is for students who will book 8 or more 30-minute lessons in a month. Mandy is teaching Monday's and Thursday's. Ritomo is teaching Friday's and Sunday's. Keep this in mind if you have a preferred teacher. In order to get the discounted Twice-a-Week rate, you must purchase at least 8 lessons, and use them within a month of purchasing. No carry-overs. The lessons will expire if not used within a month. Special circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis. (Family emergencies, power outages, Teacher availability not compatible with your schedule, etc.) If you need MORE than 8 lessons in a month, please contact us, we will have to work something out off the website, with manual invoices. This website is limited on customizability. If you would like 1-hour long lessons, you can just book two spots together. You may cancel/reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours ahead of your scheduled lesson time. Last minute cancellations will be a forfeited lesson. (Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.)

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of your lesson will result in a forfeit of that lesson. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us if you are missing your lesson for reasons beyond your control (Power outages, Emergencies, etc.)
