Service Description
For students who are learning in a pair twice a week, you can purchase 8 lessons at once and then book each lesson at your convenience. The website will remember how many lessons you have left even if you don't book them all at once.
Cancellation Policy
Students are responsible for booking and attending booked classes. Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice for lesson changes or cancellations. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of the lesson fee. Students are accountable for attending lessons on time, and tardiness may result in loss of lesson time based on teacher availability. In extreme circumstances preventing you from attending your lesson, please do reach out and we will consider refunds for reasonable requests (For example, a power outage)
